Torruella on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in San Juan Puerto Rico. She was admitted into both the State Bars of New York and Connecticut in 2003. Asha is a regular writer for ABC News and has written Op-eds in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, as well as The Washington Post.
